At the heart of Million Dollar Men is one man: Andy McGuire, the Million Dollar Man himself — producer, performer, and the original creator of one of the UK’s most exciting and successful all-male stage shows.
Andy’s journey began on stage at the age of 7 when he first appeared in Pantomine at the Leeds Civic Theatre in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. His young career took a fast turn when at 11 years old he was cast in the West End Tour of Cameron Mackintosh’s Oliver! and later appearing in major television dramas including Heartbeat and The Royal Today. With over three decades of experience as a professional dancer and actor, Andy trained at the Keldon School of Dance in Leeds and has since worked with global brands like Adidas, Puma, Hugo Boss, and Jean Paul Gaultier, showcasing his versatility across theatre, fashion, and commercial entertainment.
In 2017, he launched Million Dollar Men — not just as a show, but as a creative concept rooted in professional choreography, theatrical polish, and unfiltered joy. From casting and choreography to creative direction and branding, Andy has been the driving force behind every element of the show’s development and success.
“Million Dollar Men was born from my own experience in the industry — I wanted to create something original, high-energy, and truly built around the audience. Every element, from the choreography to the characters to the atmosphere, has been developed in-house. It’s not just a show. It’s a brand — and I’m proud to say I built it from scratch.”

Under Andy’s leadership, the show has toured across the UK and Europe, appeared at the London Palladium, headlined with LuAnna: The Big Night Out, and earned praise for its energy, inclusivity, and originality. He has also been featured in multiple press interviews for his role as the show’s creator and producer — including the Henley Standard, which called him “a dancer who’s happy to put the cat among the pigeons.” Million Dollar Men has made Andy one of the hottest master of ceremonies, due to his hosting styles, and has been asked to MC events for companies such as Maersk, many celebrity, white-collar boxing events and privileged to host MacMillan breast cancer charity night.
Today, Andy continues to grow the Million Dollar Men brand with the same focus and passion that launched it — bringing together high-level performance, throwback soundtracks, and a sense of cheeky celebration that’s completely his own.
